In short: we keep the minimum needed for the app to work: the email and name of your Google or Apple account, your patterns and your progress. Your patterns are private: nobody else can see them.

No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no profiling. We do not sell or share your data.

Images you turn into a pattern are processed on your device: they are not uploaded to any server.

Who can see your data

Who we work with

What is stored in your browser

Only what is essential: your signed-in session, the chosen language and, without an account, your patterns and progress. The app asks the browser to keep them.

How long

While you have an account. If you delete it, your patterns, progress, files and settings are erased. Backups are overwritten within 30 days at most.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@clavedemi.com from your account email; we reply within 30 days. To delete your account you don't need to ask: do it in the app (how to delete your account). If you think we got it wrong you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Children

The app is not aimed at children under 14. If we find an account of a child under that age, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date and tell you in the app. If we ever added ads or analytics — there are none today — it would be announced before switching them on.

A reminder

DMC is a trademark of its owner. Hebra is an independent app, not affiliated with DMC, and the colours it shows are approximate. If you import third-party patterns, only do so for patterns you have the right to use; they are stored only in your private account.
