In short: we store the minimum needed for the pool to work — your email, your username and your predictions.

No advertising, no analytics, no trackers, no profiling. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

The app never handles money: it does not process payments and stores no banking details. Whatever your group puts in the pot is settled entirely between you. If you choose to leave a voluntary tip, the payment is handled entirely by the store (Google Play or the App Store) or, on the web version, by Stripe: we never see or store your payment details.

Who is responsible

Clave de Mi, data controller for this application. Contact: info@clavedemi.com.

What we store and why

DataWhat forLegal basis
Email address To identify you when you sign in. Performance of the service you request
Password Only if your account was created earlier with a username and password (accounts are no longer created that way) or is a store review account. Stored encrypted; nobody, ourselves included, can read it. People who sign in with Google or Apple have no password with us. Performance of the service
Name and username So your friends recognise you in your league's standings. Performance of the service
Your predictions To work out your points and your league's standings. Performance of the service
Your leagues and their settings League name, invitation code, entry fee and prize split. The fee is just a number used to work out the split: nothing is ever charged through the app. Performance of the service

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or any device data. We use no third-party cookies and no analytics tools.

If you sign in with Google or with Apple

You sign in with your Google or Apple account; there is no password sign-up. With Google, Google passes us your name and email address, and nothing else. We do not access your Gmail, your calendar or your files.

You can also use Sign in with Apple. Apple passes us your email address and, only the first time, your name. If you choose "Hide My Email", what we receive is not your real address but an Apple relay alias (@privaterelay.appleid.com) that forwards messages without us ever learning it. That works fine for us: the address is only used to identify you when you sign in.

If you leave a tip on the web version

The tip is voluntary and unlocks nothing. On the web version it is collected by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) on its own payment page; in the Google Play and App Store apps it is collected by the store, not Stripe.

Who can see your data

Who we work with to make this run

These are technology providers processing data on our behalf, not for their own purposes:

What is stored in your browser

Nothing for advertising. Only the essentials:

How long

For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, your profile, your predictions and your own leagues are removed. Our backups are overwritten within 30 days at most.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to port it to another service, or to object to the processing. Write to info@clavedemi.com from your account's email address and we'll answer within 30 days.

To delete your account, write to that same address with the subject "Delete my account". Everything of yours is removed, no questions asked.

If you believe we haven't done our job properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or to your own country's supervisory authority.

Children

The app is not aimed at children under 14. If we find an account belonging to someone younger, we delete it.

Changes

If we ever change this policy, we'll update the date above and announce it inside the app. If we were ever to add advertising or analytics — there is none today — it would be announced before switching it on, never afterwards.

A reminder

Unofficial app, with no affiliation to or sponsorship from UEFA or any of the clubs shown. Team names are used purely as sporting data.
